The front door delivers the Trust Baseline as a tool: an internal survey alongside a structured external stakeholder survey following a fixed conversation format. Alongside this, an influence × impact matrix with an owner per relationship, a commitment tracker per pledge, and a signal rhythm toward the board table. Stakeholders co-score in the double materiality analysis, read-first with esgia. For outreach beyond the fixed circle, and for affected-communities research and social value mapping, route 2 and route 3 modules with tool templates are available.
No person of ours is involved in your analysis. The intake, the scoring and the report are machine work; what you do with the outcome is up to you. If you want guidance, you choose that yourself as a route with a partner — after our report, outside our path.
We work with datasets and rules, not a black box. Every score shows which factors were decisive and where they come from. That's not just tidy: it's the only form you can present at a board table or a works council.
